True Image 2013 - How to reset 'internal database'??

Thread needs solution

I am a long time Acronis user and have get used to that typical behaviour of ATI. But now, with version 2013, I am stuck with the following ssituation:

- I had 2 different back ups set up (one for an image backup and one for a files backup), but was not satisfied with the map location and file numbering. So I tried to make it all work the way I want it by moving and deleting back up files.
- I ran into trouble with above step and did not manage to get the backup start numbering at 1
- I tried a lot of things (like deleting all files, deleting all back up tasks and still did not get the situation I want

In the end I am now stuck with a serious problem: the two back up tasks seem to get MIXED UP COMPLETELY!! For instance, by starting one and the same back up several times I noticed that some of these backups appear in the map belonging to the other back up, and even with the name of that other back up task! Unbelievable but true.

Since I noticed that deleting the back up tasks is not sufficient for cleaning up/resetting the ATI 2013 database I wonder if there is any one who could advise on how to reset all 'internal counters and references' so that I can set up two new/fresh backup tasks that will do their job.

In short: when I have NO *.TIB files at all and also have NO BACKUP tasks defined, how can I clear all ATI history to avoid the use of old tasks information?

Any help greatly appreciated because I already spent many hours on this...

You can search for the Database folder which has the
ARCHIVES.XML
which can be deleted and will rebuild

You can also search for the SCRIPTS folder and make sure there is no data inside the folder.

Thanks GroverH for your suggestions! I was so disappointed about ATI behaviour that I forgot to check all other possibilities like removing all .xml files. Thanks for getting me on the right track again...

So I'll start clearing all .xml files and hope that it will clear all history Acronis has gathered so far...

Just for confirmation: I removed all the .xlm files, created new back up tasks and the history behaviour of ATI 2013 has gone now. So I can start with new clean back up tasks.
