Boot from 2009 but not 2010

I've just upgraded to TI 2010 Home from 2009.

My computer will boot from the 2009 made CD and I can browse for .tib files as normal. But when I boot from the 2010 made CD (Create Bootable Media) I get the attached message before the TI screen freezes up and remains so.

There is one more error flagged but it flashes on and off screen to fast for me to catch.

The same errors occur if I boot from SD card or USB key.

My first suspicion is that there's a piece of hardware on your system that the 2010 CD doesn't like. So disconnect all unnecessary attachments and try again.

Also try the 2010 CD on another computer and see if it does the same thing.
