Unknown error code

Thread needs solution

My daily back up failed. All I received was a message that Acronis had failed to open a previous backup. No reason why.
The backup file was there, where it should have been, in the right place.
I received the following error message

Acronis Error code: 0x006400CB+0x01E50005+0x01E50015+0x01E5001A+0x0004000E
Tried searching for that on the Acronis website, but (surprise surprise) there were no answers.

I entered the acronis main menu to get at the task and delete the backup listed there. But when I clicked on the task's gear wheel icon and selected "recover files", the window that opened [Where I usually insert my password] just gave me the same message (albeit in a different layout), and froze and would not go any further. It was searching for something, but did not get as far as opening the list of old backup files.

Does anyone know a) what went wrong, and b) how to fix it, please?
Thanks in advance for any help
Rob

Ok - solved it myself, thanks.
The backup was corrupted. When I right clicked on the backup file it would not open and said it was corrupted.
(A full drive partition, not an incremental backup, under Windows 7.)
Therefore I selected the backup file and copied the filename (Ctrl+C), then deleted the corrupt file and renamed an earlier uncorrupted backup file with the name of the corrupt file (Select & Ctrl+V).
Then, this enabled me to enter the backup list on the "Recover Files" menu on the gear icon.
I did get a message that Acronis couldn't find the file, but at least this time it gave me the option to ignore the old backup, which I did. (Why Acronis did not provide this option with the corrupt file, only they can tell. Just another example of this extremely badly designed software!)
I then deleted some of the old backups, went back to the main window and ran the backup normally.
