Possibe? EMail Message if backup takes longer than X hours

Hello,
We have Acronis Backup running on a lot of external servers we support. Sometimes the task is running forever and so is blocking the next backups.
So i have to check daily not only if an error is in the automated mails we get, but also if one message is missing.

Is there a way 1. to get a message if a backup takes longer than x hours? Or is there a way to abbort a backup if it takes longer than x hours?

unfortunately there is no such feature.
In these cases it is better to contact support and investigate why the backups never finish.
