Newest release of Acronis B&R 11.5 for MS Exchange won't go past 3% on backup

11.5 (newest release as of today) will not complete a backup, upon initiating the backup it goes to 3% on the details and stays there forever. I can see that acronis is properly communicating with target device because I see the LCK files appear.

I've tried everything including:

- verified the Vault (target destination for backup) was setup correctly even added a new location to a different drive.
- verified credentials were all correct
