2015 works as advertised

Thread needs solution

I'm not going to frequent this forum any more because I can't put up with the users who have a problem with 2015 and believe everybody must have the problem!

They don't seem to realise that their computer system or backup process and hardware might be at fault.

My copy of 2015 has worked from day 1 right out of the box, it sets schedules, does full and incremental backups, makes restore disks and restores individual files as well as mounting drives.

If your copy of 2015 doesn't do that, instead of blaming the software starting asking questions of the users that have no issues what makes the difference.

I think this forum has some of the biggest whiners on the Internet, good luck with it.

Perhaps the software works for the reasons that you want it too. There is no coincidence that customers have come here with legitimate gripes ranging anything from frequent crashes, to missing features. Keeping in mind that the majority of these people have either been happy with the feature set 2014 provided and/or had great experiences with 2014 straight out of the box for what they intended. When a product is released by a company that it's support base have grown to expect a certain development criteria and feature set from, then from out of the blue release a product that has reduced it's features, changed the interface that many have grown to enjoy and then to top it off are having frequent crashing issues that did not appear under the previous product, you can expect backlash. This of course isn't the first company todo it, and certainly not the last. Not returning to a forum based on that you don't like the feedback by others seems a little silly just based on the product works for you and you don't like the feedback of others. I personally moved onto other software due to my own experiences with 2015, but am still intrigued by the continual backlash over this recent release. If the product works well for you then that is great, but understand that the people are taking time out of their day to give legitimate experiences (good or bad), and unfortunately for Acronis it has been a case of more bad than good.

...agree with Hashy Black...

ATI 2015 does have serious issues itself.... and DOES lack many features many customers were used to...
These are facts....

It's this topic in itself that has no points..........
