HI - We have Acronis Advanced Server 11.5 (for Windows). Attempting to install it on an Active Directory server, it says the license does not include Active Directory data license. We received 2 keys from Acronis.

Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Advanced Server for Windows incl. AAP
Using this key, the Active Directory data license is NOT available

Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 Universal Restore for Advanced Server for Windows incl. AAP
Entered this key, it is not recognized by the Acronis installer, but I am able to register the key on my Acronis account.

Unfortunately, our support expired by just 2 days !!!! Please help !!!

This warning is about granular recovering application data from disk backup (e.g. http://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/ABR11.5/index.html#2… ) . In case of system crash, you will be able to restore the whole server with your key.
Second key is a Universal Restore add-on, and since 11.5 Update 3 it's not needed as UR functionality is available with basic key as well.
