Backup fails with "unable to create volumn snapshot" Windows 7 64 bit

I was able to do backups when I 1st installed ATI 2015. But noticed recently that my nonstop backup was not working. I have tried uninstalling and re installing. Have recreated the non-stop backup jobs. I also tried to do a regular backup and that fails also. I even tried to downgrade from version 6055 to 5539 but that did not work.

I have sent in feedback to Acronis, but was wondering if anyone else has this problem or has a solution.

I would uninstall ATI completely, then use the Acronis cleanup utility. Reboot. Run chkdsk X: /R from a command prompt, on every X: partitions of your disk. Use Windows disk management to find out about possible hidden partitions. Assign a drive letter (temporarily) to these hidden partitions to run chkdsk on them as well. Then remove the driver letters.
Reboot the computer and install ATI again.
