Acronis cloning interface fails to run after reboot.

Thread needs solution

I bought an OCZ SSD which came with a 'trial' version of ATI 2013. I installed and ran the software, but did not obtain the expected results. I initially complained to OCZ, who ultimately directed me to Acronis, the makers of this flawed product.
I have recorded with my iPhone the sequence of events leading to the expected reboot and running of the cloning phase - I'm cloning my Windows 7 Pro OS drive. I'm here trying to find a way to create a new support case, but have not found it.
Has anyone else gone through this? I have enabled logged Windows booting to produce a log file that I would like to attach to my support case, hoping the techies will find the reason why this software is not running as expected. I don't see anything in it. The only things I detected were a couple of 'hidden' folders on the root drive, with a couple of acronis.dat files, which I assume are to be used by the utility once it runs.
Any help will be appreciated.

Please search the forum for "Clone" to find the many posts outlining our recommended procedure. For example, we recommend that you clone only after booting from the ATI bootable Rescue Media, not from Windows. Also, it would be equally effective but safer to perform a full disk mode backup and restore it to the new drive, rather than to clone.
