The server went completely down yesterday (Sunday 7th Dec) and I see that I can now access the cloud webpage.
I have not been able to retrieve any data for over a week now from the cloud. The support team have run all the diagnostics on my end and say that the problem is that they are doing 'maintenance' on the cloud server. FOR A WEEK!
I still am unable to access my backed up files on the cloud server. I use this both for backups and when I am traveling so that I don't carry any data on the laptop or tablet.
Can other people check to see if they can access their files on the cloud.

Nor can I restore the files, I do not for several weeks. Acronis does not seem to own skilled staff, because they do not get the cloud fault corrected. How long enough for the patience of the customers? After all, there are other backup programs.
