ATI 2015 vs Unlimited

Thread needs solution

I can't tell if this is actually new software, or just a new name for bundling the old software with unlimited cloud storage. Does anyone know?

It is the same software, with unlimited cloud storage.

ATI 2015 "Unlimited" is Subscription-based, 1 year, can be renewed. 1 year Support for ATI 2015.

Cloud-Storage is "Unlimited" up to 3TB.

As I understand it, it is 3TB per machine. I have a licence for 3 machines, so it would be 9TB. Right?

Hello MonteCristo

Yes, the maximum expected size of the range per physical machine is approximately 3TB.

So, if I already paid for a subscription then I pretty much have no reason to "upgrade."

As I understand it, the subscription includes support for cloud backup only, not for the local backup side of things.

So, if I upgrade to the "Unlimited" version I'll get a full year's support for the local backup product (except by phone)? The upgrade essentially extends my "warranty" to a full year, renewable?

Unlimited support for the cloud backup is included in the cloud storage subscription?

Sorry to be so obtuse.

ATI 2015 Unlimited hat so lange Support für das Backup Programm, wie es abonniert ist.

Acronis Cloud hat immer Support für den abonnierten Zeitraum.

ATI 2015 Unlimited has so long support for the backup program as it is subscribed.

Acronis Cloud has ever support for the subscribed period.

I see.

I did not buy a subscription for support.

Thank you.

I did decide to buy the "upgrade" to "Unlimited". The price was reasonable. I don't need more cloud space, but the extended support for the local backup product could come in handy.

Last night my backup failed, and when I checked it this morning the status was 181% done. Fortunately, a reboot fixed it.

Danke.
