But, it appears that both NSB and online backup are complete frauds. After three months of failure, no progress. I continue to get the exact same requests for logs that I have sent over and over and over. I post here and my posts are deleted. I fully expect this post to be deleted. When will it end?

Someone from Acronis promised a new update within one week or two. I've heard a lot of BS from them before so I'll believe it when I see it. However, it's something to hang on to.

Let me clarify this situation for you.

Norman, first of all I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our products. I understand that this process takes a long time. But we,re doing our best to collect all the information regarding NSB issues and escalate it to our Development.

At this time - we're compiling the last update for True Image Home 2010, it will be released soon. Unfortunately, we're not able to give you a time frame.

Please take a look at this thread, this is a main discussion for NSB issues.
