TI 2013 won't run on Win7
I've been using TI 2013 for years on Win7 and after installing it on fresh Win7, at first it was working but after several win7 updates it now crashes all the time. During install i get "ASZ Updater stopped working" but then it said it was successfully installed but when i fired it up i get a error message that it need be closed and here is the details of that error message: (Note: also including dump file from earlier crashes below)

I tried to upgrade to TI2015 but in vain and had to use the Acronis utility to remove it as i was getting the "ASZ Updater stopped working" when running the installer.
Can someone point me in the right direction on how to resolve this issue?

Thanks for the feedback. I can't run the uninstall from the install app because that's when it crashes so i did uninstall it y running ath_clean up utility then tried to reisntall v 6154 but in vain. How can i disable both ASZ and ASR (F11) without using the install app?

Since the program is crashing in windows, I would try using an Acronis Boot CD > Select Tools and Utilities > Select Protection Tools. If you don't have one, you can download an .iso image free from your Acronis User Acct. If you have attempted to reinstall Acronis and it runs at all you might be able to perform these steps within the program. I would still however, plan to perform a full uninstall/reinstall following all the steps I mentioned in the post above.
