Acronis True Image Home 2010 freeze when trying to quit application

Hi!

I am currently using Acronis True Image Home 2010 Build 5,026 fresh out of the box.

Previously i have purchased Acronis True Image Home 2009 and it runs fine from WinXP to Win7.

When i try to quit Acronis True Image Home 2010 Build 5,026, it just freeze(hang) there.

May i know if this phenomenon exist with your testing system?

The whole application will crash when i try to quit even without restoring any image. ( Pressing top right corner 'X' ).

For info, i have used on 3 different desktop PC.

Please advice.

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help. 

I tried to reproduce the issue on two systems with no luck. Therefore, could you please install the latest build of the program (#6053) and see if the issue remains?  I am not certain if the issue is addressed in the new build at this point, however it is generally a good idea to be up to date.

You can learn more on how to download the latest build here. Please update the software and see if the issue remains. 

If the issue still persists, please obtain the below information and attach to your  Private Message with the reference to this thread:

1) userdump 

2) Windows sysinfo file
