Recovery from Nonstop via bootable media

I use Nonstop on all my builds Windows 7 32/64 bit , XP, and Vista. I have also created a WinPE3.0 bootable dics with TI plugin but i still have to create regular images as nonstop is still not available in the bootable image. This was meant to have happened with the next release but still seems absent. Could you advise.
