Recover files from tib from another computer

Thread needs solution

Running the latest build of 11.5, I'm trying to access files in a .tib file created in 11.0. I'm able to open the file in Windows Explorer and browse around. I'm able to copy one file at a time out of it, but as is typical, there are too many to recover them all with Explorer (Explorer just hangs up). When I try to use the Recover option in the Acronis GUI it says there are no files in that folder when clearly there are. How do I force Acronis to see this .tib file and allow me to recover the data that's in it? When I attempt to Mount the .tib file in the GUI I get the attached error.

Please start the validation of the archive and make sure that it is not corrupted.
Also please check if bootable media of Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 (you can download an .iso image under your account) does successfully recognize the archive.
