Non stop backup recovering files

Thread needs solution

We just upgraded to 2015 True Image at work & I am trying to recover a folder from a week ago using the Non Stop backup. When I choose the back up version from a week ago & then choose that folder to recover, the files are not from that time but the current files. I restored the backup version into a different folder so I wouldn't overwrite the current files. That was the thing I liked about TI 2014 was I could do that. The attached picture should be the backup folder/files from 1 week ago but there are files listed in the backup with yesterdays date on it & when I do the recover & open the files, they are the current files & not that from a week ago.
I am using build 6613 on Windows 7 64 bit

Wow! That would be a serious issue. You are saying that when you select your backup version of a week ago, the files restored are not from that date, but from the latest backup?
Maybe the file creation/modified dates are not right, but is the content right?
If true, you have to contact Acronis support.

Just curious, though,
Is this true for any date/version you select?
Is this true for any file created or deleted before the selected date?
Maybe ATI shows up latest files for files that didn't exist at the time/version you try to restore from?
