Upgraded from ATI2015 to ATI 2016

Thread needs solution

Hi Acronis,

I was having huge issues with ATI2015 on Windows 10 Home 64bit as other users have been too so, I decided to upgrade to ATI2016 hoping that Win 10 would not be an issue anymore.

To my delight it works however, I bought the upgrade and installed it..... so far so good, installed the new license key, it asked for my old key, I inserted that - It then told me I could not downgrade.

I did not realise I had the local and cloud backup as in 2015 version on windows 7 I did not use the cloud backup, so no I have paid for an upgrade and cant go any further?

How can I resolve this please. I do think its unfair that, If you decide you no longer want to use cloud backup (as its very flaky with upload speed) you should be able to downgrade after purchasing the premium product and then not needing the full features anymore.

I await you answer Acronis....

PS - ATI2016 does now seem fine so far with windows 10

UPDATE

Just spoken to an agent through the live chat, resolved my problem quickly. Very friendly, new his stuff and now all resolved. Whoever (Dilip) is, thank you and you are a credit to Acronis.

PS: ATI2016 does seem to be very Windows 10 Home 64bit friendly. :)
