Cant get support on 2016 - Won't appear in list of registered products

Thread needs solution

I have been trying to get some support on Acronis True Image 2016 but although the site says my registration key is registered it does not appear on the list of registered products and I cant select it in order to obtain support that was included in my purchase.

Is this a know issue?

sorry for the delayed reply.
I don't see Acronis True Image 2016 registration under the account you are using to access the forum.
Might it be so, that your serial number is registered under another account?
If you send me a private message with your serial number I'll be able to provide more information.
