Neither the Acronis or Windows uninstall or repair are working

When using the desktop icon to launch the program I get the message: True Image Is Not Installed.

When I use the CD to reinstall the only options I get are repair and uninstall.

When I use the repair option I'm told that the repair was successful (but the problem isn't solved)

When I use the uninstall option I get a Runtime Error and told to contact the app's support team.

Windows direct uninstall will not work  either.
