i bought your "Software Acronis True Image 2010 Netbook Edition"
for backups on my new Netbook Asus K70ij with Windows 7

There was no CD or DVD insite the box

So i got TrueImage2010Netbook.4030_s_de version as Download

After starting the Installation from the menue i get an ErrorBox

Confinements foundet that obviation the Installation
Check out for Updates and make sure you have the right
version for your PC, Netbook,,,

I locked in on your Website and i registratet this version with
my serial number

help please & sorry for my english
