Unable to connect to Parallels Service

I have Acronis True Image 2015, and I downloaded and installed Parallels Access. After rebooting my machine, though, I could not activate Parallels Access because of the error "Unable to access Parallels Service". I tried versions 2.5.0 and 2.5.2, and I kept getting the same error. I had to remove it from my machine.

I've been to the Parallels Web site, but unfortunately there is almost no information on how to fix this error in Windows 7. Has anyone else had this problem with Parallels Access?

So, if a feature in Acronis True Image 2015 doesn't work, you have to go to another company to try to resolve the issue?  This is baloney!  If Acronis incorporates functionaity into their product and it won't launch, that should be addressed by Acronis. BTW - I'm having the same problem.  I get no error.  The program just crashes when I click the Parallels Access button.
