ATI 2015 Is A Disaster! I'd Like A Refund.

Thread needs solution

Based on the problems I'm having with ATI 2015, and the vast number of similar issues I've seen in these forums related to ATI 2015's crashing, freezing and poor functionality/performance, I'd like a refund of the upgrade cost.

It's clear that ATI 2015 should never have been released and paying again to upgrade to 2016 is an unacceptable solution - assuming this version even addresses the issues associated with 2015.

If someone from Acronis support would please contact me to arrange a refund, I would appreciate it.  If they don't, I won't be surprised.

Acronis claims to put customers first.  Given their lack of response to the vast number of issues in these forums and the fact that they make you pay for support - even after you've recently upgraded, it's a hollow claim.

I bought ATI 2015 new - first Acronis experience - and 6 days after 30-day support period expired, product now crashes at every start-up attempt.  Either provide the quality product such that support is not needed or provide the support (without additional charge!!!).   You would think functional recovery routines would be primary priority in a system recovery tool!!!

If you want a refund, make an official request via the Forum support  method starting in upper right corner of this web page, or along left margin.
