Zone Alarm and True Image 2013 issue
When using True Image 2013, I see the following popup message: "Acronis True Image Home was prevented from changing the behavior of ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite by modifying the file: C:\Program Ales (x86)\theckPoint\Zoneftdarm\HeIp\zahelp.v01". Why is True Image trying to modify this file?

The problem is still there (TI 2016).
True Image is trying to delete C:\Program Files (x86)\CheckPoint\ZoneAlarm\Help\zahelp.zip and zahelp.vo1
TI does not do any backup of the C:\ drive at the current time.
Modifying the warning does not make the real problem go away.
this is a trust issue.

Great questions. I've had the same issue with TI Home 2016 and Zone Alarm 14. I first wondered if this was caused by TI trying to change the archive bit of ZA files, and ZA prevented it, but then I read in another post that TI does not use the archive bit. Now I simply wonder if ZA is detecting TI reading the files, and mis-reporting that activity as modifying the files, similar to what Enchantech mentioned above. I agree with Arkovda, this is a trust issue - but who do we trust/mistrust - TI or ZA? Both have been quirky for me in different ways, so I don't know.

I will say that I have been a user of ZA for a good many years and run the Extreme Security Suite. In my case I do not have any issue with either of the programs. Having said that when I upgraded my True Image 2016 to build 6027 the installation failed and I had to temporarily disable ZA to successfully install upgrade to TI.
As a suggestion you might try uninstalling TI then, run the cleanup tool and then reinstall TI while ZA is disabled and see if the problem persists.
