Cannot register True Image 2016

Thread needs solution

I bought more then one license from Acronis last year for True Image 2016 but only used one. I am trying to use the second license but when I do I keep getting a message that my license has expired. I can't contact anyone from Acronis to figure out the problem. Can anyone help? Sure hope I didn't waste money on something I didn't and can't use.

I'm a little confused here. . . in what year did you buy the license for TI 2016?
