I have Acronis True image 2015 on windows 7 setup to backup to TPlink ac1750 usb cloud backup I can backup to the usb drive but scheduled backups does not work  unsure if firewall is blocking maped the drive setup to backup 2 computers to usb on the tplink usb is setup as storage sharing   thanks

Could you provide more details? It is not very clear what exatly the issue is here.

As far as I understood, you have a backup plan with a network share as the destination. The network share is hosted on your router AC1750. This backup completes successfully. You also have another backup plan with Acronis Cloud as the destination, and this backup fails. Is that right? Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

What is the error message that you get when the backup fails? Can you share a screenshot? Could you also create a System Report and upload it here?

I don't know a lot about the TPlink ac1750 usb cloud, other than what I have read on their web site.  The only thing I can think of that might cause your problem (and this is a guess) is that the USB drive is asleep when the schedule backup starts up.  Is there any way to keep the USB drive from going to sleep due to inactivity?  If you can do that, and the scheduled backups work, then we can try to find out how to wake the USB drive.  As I said, this is a guess, but certainly worth a try.
