Back up List has disappeared

Thread needs solution

My backup list have disappeared.  I decided to start from strach, and I started a new backup of my E drive, backed up to my N drive.  I used incremental.  It backed it up ok, but when I went back in to True Image 2016 the list was gone again.

I have 4 hard drives to back up.  Can anyone give me advice on how to proceed.

Try running a repair on the installation of the app and see if that might clear things up.  Use Windows Program and Features Manager (Windows 10) to locate the Acronis True Image app, select it and choose Uninstall.  This will bring up a menu from which you can choose Repair.  Run it and report back.

I did the repair, but it didn't work.  I am rebooting now and trying again.
