I miss some old features

Thread needs solution

Before the 2016 version, when ATI encountered a problem I could tell which backup encountered the problem as soon as I opened the proram's dashboard.  It turned red or had something in the backup name that would indicate it failed. Now I have to point and click on each backup to see if it had a problem the last time it ran. I think it also used to indicate which backup was currently running when I opened the dashboard, now it doesn't.

I used to be able to tell which backup was running and how far the backup had progressed simply by hovering the mouse over the ATI symbol in the bottom right corner of my windows 10 screen. Now it does it occasionally, but most of the time when I hold the mouse pointer over the symbol it does nothing.

These changes make this product harder to use, not easier, which products should do as they mature.

Just hoping Acronis watches this forum. Don't know how else to request they don't eliminate old features

There has been lots of feedback in the forum. We try to pass a lot of it on thorugh the MVP program as well, but it's just a user forum in the end.  There is a "submit feedback" option directy in the applicaiton which is the recommended method of sending this type of info to Acronis.  You probably won't hear back directly, but if the same feedback keeps getting submitted, the more likley we will be to see the requested changes implemented.  You can also submit feedback from your online account.

duplicate post (sorry, don't know why).

Thanks for the info, I used the feedback section within ATI
