Hanging Backup

Thread needs solution

During a scheduled backup, I get a requester stating "specify location of the volume 1" Click Browse, Retry or Cancel. The system will not allow the cancel and consequently I am stuck within this backup with no way out.

Please accept our apologies for the difficulties you've experienced.

I may recommend you to validate all your backups to make sure they're not corrupted, since this fact may cause the issue. Just right-click the initial full archive and select Validate.

If the backups are not corrupted, please collect AcronisInfo output and submit a request to support directly.
