How to stop receiving emails "Files in your Acronis cloud have been deleted"

Thread needs solution

After upgrading to Acronis True Image 2016, I didn't ever upload any files to Acronis Cloud, and don't intend to do so because the files are far too large for the slow upload speeds available to me.

After the Acronis CLoud trial period ended (30 days or whatever), I have been receiving daily emails with the subject "Files in your Acronis cloud have been deleted" and so far this has happened four times. A single warning would have been sufficient!

Please describe the steps that I (or Acronis) need to take to stop these annoting daily emails from arriving.

Sorry for the typo ... It's "annoying daily emails" and not "annoting".

Tony, the emails will stop though you may receive more before they do!

All I can suggest here is submitting Feedback directly to Acronis using the GUI Feedback tool (in Help) to let them know directly how you feel about being spammed in this way.  This is just a user forum and there is no guarantee that Acronis will read your post.

And perhaps, filter the mail in your mail app to send it to spam, or automatically mark as read - just a work-a-round, not a solution.

I've just submitted a Feedback form (but it warns that a response should not be expected, which is really pathetic.

There is no configuration option to prevent Acronis Cloud emails like this from arriving, which to me if a bug (or at least a sever product deficiency). Also, I upgraded to True Image 2016 in December 2015, therefore the pathetic 30-day warranty support period offered by Acronis is long since expired (most decent licences would offer a much longer support period).

So far, I am not at all impressed by Acronis Support.  I would never -- repeat NEVER -- do this sort of thing to purchasers of my own software products.
