Program Display Questions

Thread needs solution

Part of the problem I am having, besides Acronis 2016 taking forecver to complete a backup, is what is displayed in the program screen at startup.  My entire PC backup to NAS runs 2x per week.  Full backup every 5 incrementals, all default settings.

Today, when I opened Acronis, the top bar of the screen showed last backup 6/21/2016, which made me think that I had missed 2 scheduled backups, or the operations did not complete.  But, when opening the NAS directory where backups are left, I see an entire series of backups dated 6/21, 25 and 26.

Shouldn't Acronis show last backup at 6/26/2016 9:48 pm?

See screen shots attached.

Robert, I cannot offer an explanation for why your Acronis GUI isn't showing the correct backup date / time information assuming that the backup(s) did complete successfully to your NAS (as your screen shot would tend to suggest).

Please download a copy of the Log File Viewer app and use this to check the logs for the 'missing' runs of your backup task that produced the files shown on your NAS files display.  These may help throw some more light on what is happening?
