local drive filled after running systeminfo utility -- out of space
Version 11.7.44190 . . . .and don't tell me I need to upgrade to fix the issues I am having. Additionally, with the inconsistency of the Acronis Products and especially have full support/maintenance, my Director has requested me Quote equivalient products. He is willing to pay 35% percent more for something that can do minimally full backups of traditional windows servers.
Working with support on a managed deduplicating vault indexing/connection failure (02883641). Appears that vault has grown too large and ran out of drivespace. . . could not clean the vault nor could I just plainly delete any old backups. This is where my current problem begins . . .
Upon completion of support logging in and detaching vault (had index error), removing logs and attempting to re-connect the vault (failed after 1 minute, although didn't report until 2 days later),
I attempted to run HELP -> Collect System information from Server, per support reps request. That ran for 3 days until I gave up. Freespace on drive at this time was 48GB. I then ran the command line systeminfo utility minus several of the checks. This eventually reported failure.
C:\TEMP>systeminfo_build44421.exe -no_ra -no_syslog -no_ad
Action '-no_ra' was skipped due to a command-line option.
Action '-no_syslog' was skipped due to a command-line option.
Failed to generate the report from log 'Application'.
Action '-no_ad' was skipped due to a command-line option.
Progress check 0 partition 100%
The archiving operation has failed.
I am trying to get to a point where the server will at least write backups to the Tape Vault, but with almost no capacity left, I am stuck.
What files do I delete/Remove . .. . .C:\programdata\acronis\backupandrecovery\ASN ???? to free up enough space to make the server usuable, let alone, operational.
Thanks
