I receive an e-mail that my backup was successful, but nothing happens when I click on "Manage backups" or "Show details

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I have e-mail notifcation turned on for when my back-up executes.

In the email there are two links "Manage backups" and "Show details". Both have the link to https://us4-baas.acronis.com/bc/

When I click on the link, there is no error but the screen just turns white, no data is displayed.

Is something supposed to be displayed?

Stuart, if I click on the link you posted from your email notification, then I am asked to login (with my Acronis Account user name / email address and password).

Same for me as Steve, I get the login prompt too.  Perhaps try another browser and copy/paste the link in it?  

A universal link for accessing the Dashboard for accounts from any data center is https://trueimage.acronis.com. Actually, the Dashboard link from the product itself opens precisely that "universal" alias, not xx-baas.acronis.com
