I am a new Acronis user. I've set it up to do daily incremental backups of two folders on one Nas to another Nas. During the initial backup procedure, I'm getting error messages: failed to back up file or folder- it may be blocked by another application. When I click retry, it succeeds and goes on, then gets stuck again and generates another error message.
