ASRM is effectively a Linux mini OS environment used to launch Acronis True Image, therefore your UEFI would need to support launching such an OS environment which in turn may require that UEFI Secure Boot is disabled in the BIOS settings.
Personally, I do not use ASRM - the key limitation is that it is installed on the same physical HDD or SSD drive, so if you suffer a fatal disk error or failure, then you will also lose ASRM as well as everything else on the drive.
I would recommend creating the bootable Acronis Rescue Media and testing that your Dell computer can boot successfully from that media (on CD/DVD or USB stick) - if Secure Boot is involved, then the default, Linux based Rescue Media will also not launch correctly with it enabled.
