Acronis

Thread needs solution

Hello, I have got Acronis Backup version 12.5.8850. I canceled a plan which was frozen, after that I followed the procedure https://kb.acronis.com/content/60653 with SQL for SQLite.

There is nothing else in plans (but in device part yes - look at attached screen, pls) and I still cannot use the backup.

Your instructions were very helpful in the plan database procedure. Can you help me, please, with this case?

Restart all Acronis services on the “Management Server” side, and if it does not help – let us assist you with the issue: open a support ticket.

Thanks for the answer, I still want to ask which services to restart? When the acronis Managed machine restarts, the service stops and the service stops. It will help to restart the server which is not a solution

Here you'll find the list of services and processes Acronis Backup 12.5: Windows services and processes. However, I'd suggest raising a support ticket for this issue as it looks like more in-depth investigation is required in this case. Please share the outcome of the investigation with us.
