Synology Nas Connection issue

Thread needs solution

Hello Guys 

 

i wanted to try acronis on my synology nas, so I installed acronis software from synology store, and opened the ports 58081-58082 in my nas firewall, but   When i login to the QR page it dosent show and keep showing me this massage “ please check the connection “ 

what else i can try other than firewall issue

It sounds like you need to provide credentials to make connection.  I do not have a Synology so can't advise how to do that.

Have you installed Acronis Mobile app on your mobile device? The application for NAS only supports backup of mobile devices and requires Acronis Mobile app to be installed on the source device. It cannot be used to back up the NAS itself. Check out Acronis True Image 2018: how to back up your computer or mobile device to NAS for more information.
