ATI 2018 "Unable to complete the backup started"

Thread needs solution

On a new Win 10 machine, the program successfully completed a 275 GB backup to Acronis Cloud over a period of 2+ days.  A week later, a scheduled backup failed with the msg "Unable to complete the backup started".  After another 2+ days, the 275 GB was eventually u/l'ed again.  Fine, but now I have 550 GB of data in the cloud from this drive and I haven't been able to figure out how to clean this up.  I've tried deleting versions older than 3 days, deleting all versions except 1 recent one and deleting a previously deleted files permanently.  Is there a way to get the cloud to only recognize the actual 275 GB rather than twice that amount?

Steve, I would recommend that you open a Support Case directly with Acronis for any issues related to the Acronis Cloud as this is firmly in their court to help get resolved.
