Thread needs solution

I finally gave up trying to get a "green" sucsessfull back up.
Switched to "One Click". It says it ran sucessfully, yet the calendar is red as in "failed".

I think i deleted all the old tasks, so this is the only one running, but something else must be failing.

Can you change the time for One Click to run other than the Sunday at 8pm, which is the default?

You can change the One-Click backup schedule to any specific day, week or month. Simply click on the shortcut, which is the Sunday task, right under the word "Schedule:".

I would also like to assist you with the regular backups failing issue.

Can you please provide me with additional information:

1. What build is Acronis True Image Home are you running and what Operating system?

2. Please generate this report and let me know at what time and date the calendar shows red.

3. Please create a screenshot of the calendar with the "failed" tasks.

I have TI Home 2010 on Windows 7 operating system.

I ran the report on One-Click yesterday about 5pm. I did a screen shot but could not paste it into Word. We had an Computer Tech set up our Acronis in Administrator account.
I could not got into the regular account and paste it to send How would I do a screen shot in this case?

When attachments are needed, the attachments can be uploaded to the Acronis website as per these procedures via editing a prior posting or creating a new posting.
