Hello,

i´ve want to install the mac agent, but it fails.

I´ve to enter the management server informations, but everythink i enter fails and if I skip it, the machine isn´t shown in the acronis console and he told me, that there are no backup plans.

I hope someone can help.

the AMS address format not correct.

the format is ip address or hostname, not include  port number.

The installation under MAC OS unfortunately differs completely from the installation under Windows.
