Mobile App unable to log in
Hi,
I have an issue with login using mobile app, here is my configuration:
Gateway Server, Access Server and Repository are all installed on one machine, there is no LDAP/AD integration. All users are created via admin console and converted to licensed and can log in with their email/pssword to sync and share via web interface and desktop client.
When I install mobile app on Android phone give the server name (tried with both ports 443/3000) is goes to login screen and than same user/password which works when logging in via web/desktop client is refused and I see in log:
An LDAP error occurred authenticating with the master LDAP credentials (port 389): Authentication failed. Please check your configuration.
In Mobile Access Gateway Servers status of the server is ok, same with data sources. I'm not interested in any kind of mobile device enrollment just want to test sync and share on mobile device.
Why is it even showing in log LDAP issues if LDAP is not configured?
The only difference I made to default config is changed ports so Access Server is 443 and Gateway Server is 3000 but in Mobile Gateway Server I selected use alternate address for client connection and it seems to find the server on port 443 just will not let me authenticate with email and password.
I have latest version 7.5.1x113 of Access Advanced.
Any suggestion will be apreciated.
Regards

In my Gateway Server I have Access for Administration on 3000 and Access for Client connection on 443 with this setting on mobile app it finds server only If i put myserver.com:443 but will not accept login and password, if both Admin and client are on 3000 and in mobile app I point to myserver.com:3000 it says it is ureachable.
If I change my Gateway Server to 443: it shows as offline in Admin console.

Can I ask that you open a support ticket so we can get more eyes on this?

I found the problem, FW was reconfigured to drop connections on port 3000, after reopening it works from mobile app.
EOT.
