Acronis TI 2010 Home Explore Backup Failure & Error Message

Thread needs solution

Running Windows 7x32. Have TI 2010, which I had to reinstall when installing DD11 knocked it right out a few weeks back. I am using the latest build of TI 2010 Home (7048).

Tried today to explore backup .tib files. Never tried before and it didn't work. Double-clicking in Explorer just launches TI 2010, which does nothing. Clicking on the file under Recover, results in an error message that varies, but essentially states that Windows cannot find (path/backup .tib filename/9A6EEDF1-012A-0000-0E12-9165D5FEFFFF). The hex string varies depending on the .tib file I try to explore. I haven't tried doing an actual recovery, since my system is fine, but this behavior does not correspond to how Help describe the Explore Backup function should work.

The .tib files in question were created from unscheduled backup tasks, manually executed, which completed successfully and there are no errors reported in the log file. Validate of the .tib files is also successful. Why can't I explore the .tib files to make sure that what I wanted to back up is backed up? Any assistance will be appreciated. Have a great day.
