Acronis TI crashes shortly after I start it

Thread needs solution

I used the trial for a few days and it worked so well I bought the full version of home 2011 for $49.??.
I installed the full version and the key and tried to used it after all of the normal reboots ..
It crashed with the normal windows "do you want to send an error report" screen.

I finally gave up and uninstalled the software .. re-booted
Ran the removal utility and rebooted
Reinstalled the software .. rebooted

It still crashes about .. 20 seconds after I start it .. Any ideas ?
The trial worked great ..

XP pro 64bit , 2 gigs of ram , 1/2 TB SATA RAID0 drive ,

Unfortunately due to the lack of diagnostic logs it's hard to say for sure what caused the problem. To resolve this issue we would require additional investigation. Please submit a support request with an AcronisInfo, Userdump and an .msi log if applicable.

After collectinbg the info for Tech support, another thing that might help while you wait is to run the uninstall and install after using msconfig.exe to temporarily disable all nonmicrosoft services and all startup programs. It that works, then it's a program conflict rather than an ati-hardware conflict.
