Unable to perform disk backup after doing a restore (version 10)
I've been using TI Home ver 10 for awhile doing full backups of my hard drive. I decided to upgrade drives last night so figured I'd do a restore to make sure it worked. My drive shown below. I've always selected the whole disk when doing my backup. Anyway, all went well with the restore. So I went to do a fresh backup as normal and I get the error shown below. I tried doing individual drives and it looked like just C: was going to work but not the others. I Chkdsk all drives also. Any help appreciated. Thanks
C:(OS)
D:(recovery)

I actually did use your guides - thanks for those. Are you saying perform the Backup without interference by Windows? My restore went fine, the problem is I cant now do a Backup in Windows (since the restore).
Thanks

I would not want to be without a current backup. I would boot from the CD and perform a backup there.
Next, I would do a re-install of TrueImage over the top of your existing install. I am assuminig, however, when you say you can not do backups in Windows that you are referring to TrueImage backups and not to Windows Backups.
