Hi,

Hello, I would like some help with this problem, I tried some procedures but I did not succeed.
The problem occurs when I add my storage to cloud.acronis.com, at the time of registration I get the following error.

POST 'https://cloud.acronis.com/api/1/groups/self/storages' failed: can't read a response: gzip: invalid header

It looks, you are trying to register the Storage  via CLI according to the article and the following error occurs:

 

There is an issue in the product that will be fixed in the next updates.

Solution

Meanwhile, please do the following:

1. Check that .abgw.abc-registration-info file is present with the following command: 
ls -la /mnt/vstorage/vols/acronis-backup/certs/

There can be either .abgw.abc-registration-info file or two other hidden files (files starting with . in their name are hidden).

2. If you have .abgw.abc-registration-info file in place, run the following command:
sed -i 's/cloud.acronis.com/<your data center>.acronis.com/' /mnt/vstorage/vols/acronis-backup/certs/.abgw.abc-registration-info

where <your data center> is the address of your data center:

For example:
sed -i 's/cloud.acronis.com/eu4-cloud.acronis.com/' /mnt/vstorage/vols/acronis-backup/certs/.abgw.abc-registration-info

3. Repeat certificate update.

Thanks for the feedback,
The first procedure I tried was via interface, I tried it by cli because I was not getting via WEB interface. See Print, the following message happens after I enter username and password.
 

 

Even after this message, my host appears in my account.

These files do not exist within the directory

.abgw.setup-id and .abgw.account-server
