Backup failed!! (

Thread needs solution

Hi everyone,

I'm a new Acronis user, and I faced a few issus while integrating this technology to our clients infrastructures.

But I have one issue I can t see why it still persist, tho i tried different troubleshooting advices I got from the net.

To make it short, I tried to apply a backup strategy on one of my servers, but the backup fails everytime.

Hello Shen Frank,

welcome to Acronis forums!

According to the log you've shared, the build #11010 is on the Agent that performed this backup. Thus, I suggest that you update to build #13400 all Acronis components, i.e. Agents (and/or Virtual Appliance).

Then, in order to investigate the reason of this error, we need that you collect Acronis System Report from the machine with Acronis Agent that performs this operation. 

Please upload it on the FTP link that I've sent you in a Private Message. Please inform me when the files are uploaded.
