Failed to retrieve BIOS ID via WMI: Error
I get the following error during backup. Not sure it is something to worry about. The log says, "Operation has succeeded" at the end.

PCS,
The error code indicates that the WMI "Provider load failure" failed to load the module True Image uses to run a WMI query.
This might be due to the True Image app not running as an Administrator on your machine. If you did not run the True Image installer for the app as an Administrator then I would guess this is the issue.
If you did install the app as Admin then I would suggest you run a Repair install. You can do that running the installer again as Admin and selecting Repair.

I am not sure if I ran the install as Admin. I did do a repair install as Admin successfully and still get the same error.

PCS, a new build version for ATI 2019 #14690 has been released today and should show in your ATI GUI account page. Be worth checking if you still see this issue after updating, otherwise it is back to raising a Support Ticket for the issue.
Out of interest what actual computer do you have and which version of Windows here? Is this 32-bit or 64-bit and what type of processor?

I got the same error today, never seen it previously. However I did apply a BIOS update from the M/B manufcturer during the week that although marked as "Beta" was released back in 2018, and I suspect that it may of been mitigation for Spectre / Meltdown at this late stage (The board is 6 years old), hence the reason for applying it.
This system is an "own-build":
Intel Core i7 "Haswell" 4770K (Not O/C'd)
ASUS Z97 Deluxe Mainboard (FW: 3503 Beta)
EVGA 980Ti Graphics Card
32GB RAM @ XMP 2133MHz.
1x Samsung EVO 960 NVMe drive.
A mish mash of WD-Blue, WD-Red drives of varying sizes (10x total).
Windows 10 Professional - 64 Bit (Build: 18362.19h1_release.190318-1202).

Dan, are you running on a Windows Insiders build of Win 10 Pro here? (19h1 ?)
What version / build of ATI are you using here? (See the Account page in the ATI GUI).
