Will TI Home 2011 with Plus Pack Backup Intel ESB2 RAID 1+0

I have read the TI Home RAID support article, KB11681. I'm just wondering will TI Home 2011 with Plus Pack restore to a 4-drive RAID 1+0 array with an Intel ESB2 controller? I read from the article that TI Home will restore hardware RAID and I'm not sure if this is considered hardware or software RAID (no card, but on moterhboard RAID support). Thanks for your help.

Software RAID is the one created using windows logical disk manager on dynamic disks. If you configure you raid in bios, like in your case, it's the hardware one.
