Thread needs solution

Well, just finished another 2 hour chat session with Acronis support. This is in reference to system clean up terminating on a runtime error and the fact that Acronis TI Home 2009 won’t seem to run in XP Pro as a user. This time I sent the AcronisInfo file. The support technician also insisted that I send a scan of the receipt of purchase. I just had to laugh. I have at least 20 hours in trying to make this product run correctly on my system.

I sure hope that support comes back with something other than uninstall/ reinstall or upgrade.
