Backup faled due to not enough disc space but is still reported as successful

A single task backup (drive backup) is reported as successful in the calendar view while the log reports unsufficient disc space and the backup is failed.

Welcome to our forum and thank you for your message. I will definitely help you with this issue.

When there is not enough free space in the destination, our software prompts the user with a message about lack of free space. There is a 10 minute timeout which cancels the backup if no action is taken. The calendar however shows that the backup is successful, this is an issue in the program and it occurs only when the backup is canceled by the timeout. All other times the calendar provides correct information.

You can get rid of this issue by setting the timeout option to infinite. Please check this article for instructions.
